These terms apply to orders placed on makayiauto.co.za or through our branches.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the part or send a written order confirmation. If a part is unavailable or a price is listed incorrectly, we will contact you before charging.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where shown. We accept card, instant EFT and PayPal. Payment must clear before dispatch unless you have an approved trade account.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Inspect the parcel on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Returns, defective goods and warranty are governed by our shipping and returns policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

Liability

We are responsible for the part we supply, not for labour, consequential loss or damage caused by incorrect fitment. Fitment must be carried out by a qualified technician.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
